How far ahead should we book?

Three weeks or more is ideal. Events 21 days out or fewer are prioritized and reviewed personally by our team, and a fast-track timeline may be available.

Do you travel outside Charlotte?

Yes. We are based in Charlotte and travel across North Carolina, to Atlanta and beyond. A travel fee applies outside the Charlotte area, and our team confirms it as we go over your event details.

Can I see my design before it prints?

Yes. Your artwork is drafted to scale for your room, and nothing prints until you approve the proof.
