Events outside the Charlotte area include a travel fee, confirmed with your quote.
Farther venues need a little more lead time. Three weeks or more is ideal.
Ask your venue about a day-before install. It gives us the most flexibility, especially for travel.
Outdoor and tented events are reviewed individually, since installation and removal outdoors involve more variables.
